There is a limit of 10 transactions per every 30-day rolling period. This includes, remote deposit capture, transfers between accounts, P2P (person to person), and payments.
Our Mobile app automatically logs out after 15 minutes with no activity.
If you lose your phone or if it is stolen, please follow the following steps:
- Call your carrier immediately and notify them to suspend your account.
- Call us at 626-351-9651. We will then delete the account from the mobile app.
- Once the account is deleted, you will not be able to log back on.
- You will need to re-enroll as a new user.

How do eStatements work? It's easy, convenient, and secure. When your statement is ready, you will receive an email notification. Then simply log onto your online banking account, then you'll be able to instantly access your statement online.
How do I get started? Simply log-on to your online banking account and click on the Self Service - Additional Services tabs, then click on "eStatements" and follow the directions.
